Comfort & Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 12:00. If you require flexibility, please contact us (subject to availability).
Does the hotel have heating for winter days?
Yes. As a mountain hotel, thermal comfort is our priority. We feature central heating throughout the hotel and a cosy fireplace in our lounge.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, we offer free private parking for our guests, located right in the centre of Castro Laboreiro village.
Gastronomy & Leisure
Does the hotel serve meals or have a bar?
Yes! We have a welcoming dining room where we serve a daily buffet breakfast featuring regional products, as well as an exclusive bar for guests, perfect for enjoying a coffee, a relaxing drink or a light snack.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the selected rate, but we always offer a buffet breakfast service with fresh local products to start your day in the mountains the right way.
Location & Activities
What can I visit on foot from the hotel?
The hotel is located in the centre of Castro Laboreiro. You can visit on foot the Castle, the Romanesque Bridges, the Mother Church, and the village’s Museum Centre.
Can you help with trail suggestions?
Most certainly. Our team has deep knowledge of the Peneda-Gerês National Park and will be delighted to recommend the best trails and points of natural interest.
What is road access like on snowy days?
The roads are regularly cleared by Civil Protection. However, on days of heavy snowfall, we recommend contacting us to confirm the condition of the access roads before driving up.
